Please apply at least two weeks before the beginning of the semester; otherwise, there is no guarantee that your application will be processed before the start of semester.
If your application to repeat a course is approved, your enrolment may be restricted to 45 points in that semester (or 15 points for Summer School).
Please note applying to repeat does not guarantee approval, so please provide as much detail as you can to support your application
An interview with the faculty after you have submitted this form is required to completely assess your application. You do not need to do anything other than submit this form at this stage. You will be emailed later to make arrangements for this interview

If I wish to make an application to delete or withdraw from this course, I must do so in accordance with the Statutes and Regulations as published in the University Calendar. For more details, please see the Enrolment and Programme Regulations.
If I fail a core course required for my LLB programme, I may not be permitted to continue with the LLB degree.
If I fail a core course for my degree for a third time, my programme may be discontinued, and I may not be permitted to continue in this programme at the University of Auckland.
