ISS-03 International Student Family Insurance Form

Use this form if you are an international student and would like to add your spouse, child or children to your University Studentsafe Inbound policy.

Family policy must start at the same time the student's policy commenced.

You can add your family to your University Studentsafe Inbound insurance policy. The appropriate family premium will be added to your tuition account when the application is approved and processed. Complete this form and upload your Studentsafe Family application form.

Family applications must be received by the due dates stated below. Any family application received after the applicable date will not be accepted.

• Summer School: 12 January 2024
• Semester One: 8 March 2024
• Semester Two: 26 July 2024
• Quarter One: 19 January 2024
• Quarter Two: 19 April 2024
• Quarter Three: 12 July 2024
• Quarter Four: 4 October 2024
• Doctoral year: Second Friday of the month after enrolment starts
• Late year 6 December 2024
• Approved late enrolment The same week enrolment was finalised

Current costs for family insurance policies can be found under Family premiums.

You can purchase an insurance policy from Allianz if your family are arriving after your semester, term or programme start date.

If your family application is successful, confirmation will be emailed to you with the link on how to pay. You will receive a family insurance certificate ten working days after you receive your family cover confirmation.

We will notify you if your application is declined.
