INSTRUCTIONS
Complete the form below for requests to visit the University of Auckland (UoA). All applications for an official visit to UoA must be submitted at least 30 days in advance of the proposed visit date or may not be considered. Once a request has been approved for hosting, the coordinator of the visiting delegation must confirm that the detailed arrangements prepared by the University has been understood and agreed by signature or email confirmation.

    • The International Office will endeavour to respond to your request within five working days.
    • Delegation leader will be advised when a visit has been approved and further information will be requested.
    • For the delegation to receive maximum benefit from their visit, they should either have a working knowledge of English or be accompanied by an interpreter. The University of Auckland is not able to provide interpretation services.
    • CVs for all the delegation/group members may be provided and attached when submitting this visit application form.
