I give Accommodation the right to check my enrolment status with my tertiary institution Summer accommodation is for a minimum of 14 nights with the exception of current residents who are extending their stay beyond their residential agreement period. My summer accommodation at The University of Auckland is not confirmed until I have received notification from Accommodation management, I have returned a signed residential agreement for my booking before my move-in date and have paid two weeks Accommodation fees. There is no refund for cancellations within two weeks of the reservation dates. Once in the room, two weeks notice is needed to end your agreement. Summer residents are subject to the rules that apply to residents during the academic year as displayed on the Accommodation website, including disciplinary and behavioural expectations. The University of Auckland reserves the right to relocate any resident to another property or room for maintenance or other reasons. Accommodation fees must be paid two weeks in advance at all times. Penalty fees will be added for late fees or residents will be asked to leave the Accommodation. Membership to the University Sport and Recreation Centre is not included in summer residential agreements. That Accommodation offered will comply with the Education (Pastoral Care of Tertiary and International Learners) Code of Practice 2021.
