Please fill out this form if you wish to end your monthly recurring membership to the University of Auckland Recreation Centre. 

By submitting this form you are informing the Rec Centre that you wish to terminate your membership. 

Cancellation will take effect from the due date of your next monthly payment that is more than 3 working days after we receive your notice of cancellation. 

Your membership will only be terminated once confirmed by a Recreation Centre membership coordinator. 

Your membership cancellation request may not be processed if you have any outstanding fees due.

Upfront memberships cannot be cancelled. Please only request to cancel a monthly recurring payment membership.
